Our training approach

Training and learning center

Bio-MedX supports the teams who use, operate and maintain biomedical equipment. Training programs are tailored to user profiles, biomedical technicians and operations teams, with a practical approach focused on safety, continuity of service and field best practices.

Bio-MedX trains user and technical teams to secure equipment onboarding, improve operating practices and reduce avoidable errors.

Training may address end users, biomedical technicians, operations teams or department leads who need to align practices around an equipment fleet.

Each program is adapted to context: participant level, equipment involved, site constraints, operational goals and potential refresher needs.

Onboarding

Sessions focused on daily use, safety, basic procedures and operating best practices.

First-level maintenance

Training on simple checks, common alerts and actions that help prevent interruptions.

Materials and follow-up

Practical documentation, answers to post-training questions and possible refresher sessions.

How training works

  1. Needs assessment

Identification of equipment, skill levels and training objectives.

  2. Program design

Tailored program: theory, demonstration, hands-on exercises and knowledge assessment.

  3. On-site training

Sessions delivered at your facility, on your actual equipment, by a qualified biomedical trainer.

  4. Post-training support

Documentation provided, follow-up questions handled and refresher sessions schedulable as needed.
